WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our refund policy was created to keep the buyers piece of mind...well in mind. With a free 60 day warranty policy in place this allows buyers to purchase our Libreboot laptops with confidence. Should you want a replacement. Our free exchange program has that covered. If your system stops working for whatever reason, contact us and we'll send you out a replacement. For international orders, this policy does not apply as shipping costs back and fourth are too high.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we accept international orders. Orders shipped internationally will be sent via UPS ground, while more expensive than USPS, UPS has a better insurance policy. International orders will not have a free returns policy as the cost to ship back and forth is too high. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

DO YOU OFFER RAM AND SSD UPGRADES FOR YOUR SYSTEMS?

We offer a large number of hardware upgrades for our libreboot systems. If you would like an SSD installed, more ram, larger battery, or a docking station Please contact us prior so we may discuss your needs.
